A: We currently serve Toronto and up to about a 45 minute drive outside the city in any direction. If you’re on the cusp, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it work for you!

A: Nine times out of 10, our custom suits fit like a glove the first time our clients try them on. In the unlikely event something isn’t perfect, we’ll take care of any alterations for you.

The only exception is if the fit issue is caused by a change in body composition. In this case, we’d still do everything we can to make it right for you, but this extra tailoring may come at a cost. (For this reason, we don’t recommend investing in a suit if you’re working to lose – or gain – weight.)

A: We keep all your measurements on file so, so long as you’re confident your body hasn’t changed, we can absolutely place future orders based on your first set of measurements – saving you even more time and hassle!

A: While we’ve catered to men in the past, we believe a great suit is every bit as important for a woman as it is a man – so we’re very excited to be introducing women’s suiting very soon! Sign up for our email list to be the first to know when it’s available.

A: You bet. Referrals are very important to us. As such, both you and your referral will receive a custom shirt on us (a value of $145) as a token of our thanks. Your referral will get theirs when they order their first suit and you’ll get yours the next time you place an order with us.

A: We do have a downtown location – which you are welcome to come to for your fitting if you prefer. It’s at 480 Adelaide Street West, on the lower level. We’ll give you detailed directions when we book your fitting.

A: Not when you shop with us. There are no surprises in our pricing – our standard pricing covers our entire selection of high-quality fabrics.

A: We love helping clients add fun and/or personal touches to a suit. These kinds of customization – along with monogramming – are included in our standard suit price of $1095.

A: Our suits would be on par with what you’d get at a high-end retailer like Holt Renfrew or Harry Rosen – but for a fraction of the cost (and with zero hassle).

A: It all boils down to overhead. Since our service is mobile, we don’t have hundreds of staff or large retail locations to pay for – savings that are passed directly to you.

A: Six to eight weeks – but we’re working hard to reduce this turnaround time. We’ll keep you posted on that one.

A: You sure can – and we offer three- and five-pack pricing to make it as affordable as possible to do so – but we recommend you start with one to ensure we get it just right, and you have a chance to ‘test run’ the fit, style, and details you selected.
